Position Notice: Grant Writer

New Mexico Wild seeks an experienced professional to join its team as a Grant Writer.  The individual selected will identify and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities and campaigns as well as conduct the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals to third party entities.  The position is responsible for submitting timely, accurate, and compelling reports to funders as required.  Work is performed under direction from the Deputy Director. 

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and experience working in related discipline with a minimum of two years of experience and a proven track record in grant writing.  Candidate must have excellent written communication skills, be proficient in research, and analyzing data and possess the ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve stated goals.

Location: Albuquerque.  Competitive salary and benefits.  Part-time position.
