Current Opportunities



Provide high level admin support to executive team and office operations. Assist with bookkeeping, social media, web-site management, vendor contacts, records, and files.  Assist with database management and bulk mailings.  Supervise administrative assistant.  

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, databases and good communication skills.  3 years admin experience and associates degree required.  Experience with Donor Perfect, Constant Contact, social media, nonprofit organizations and Spanish a plus.  To apply: send cover letter and resume to:This email address is being protected from spambots.
